Prices, product information and availability of goods

All prices are in Euro. All products sold are subject to availability. In the event that the goods are temporarily depleted, we will contact you in such a way that you can choose between a refund, wait for the goods to return to stock or choose an alternative product. While we take the utmost care to ensure all product information, photos and prices, we do not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions.

VAT

Value added tax (VAT) is included in the quoted price.

Sending and receiving goods

Normally we ship the goods within 2 working days after receipt of payment. In the event that the goods are exhausted you will be notified and we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. In case of damage to goods during transport, the item will be replaced free of charge. In this case, the following procedure is recalled: Damage verified during transport must be immediately communicated to the postal delivery.

Delivery

Your order will be processed upon receipt of payment. Delivery in Europe generally 5-7 working days, shipping all over the world normally 10-12 working days.

Return

It is possible to return damaged goods with the original packaging and labels within one month of receipt. You can choose to receive a full refund for the total value of the goods or exchange goods. The goods you receive in return will be sent to you free of charge.
